A good mix of fourteen regional countries provided cadets for training at Portsea. Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Fiji and Tonga rounded out the Pacific Islands. Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, South Vietnam and Brunei provided the Asian cadets while Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria provided an African connection.
There were 688 overseas graduates.
